For Time with a Buy In
A For Time workout with a 1000m row buy in followed by 3 rounds of snatches and box jump overs.
AMRAP with a 1 Rep Max Finisher
9min AMRAP with remaining time double unders and 1 Rep Max clean & jerk within 6min time cap.
Intervals
A Kilomodo twist on Fight-Gone-Bad. This workout consists of 1min of work alternating between 4 movements with rest for 3 rounds.
EMOM with Max Reps Finisher
A short EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) odd minute gymnastics combo mix with even minute weighted lunges followed immeditatly by a Max Reps thruster finisher.
